Schlechte oder nicht vorhandene horizontale Feuchteabdichtung der Aussenmauern . Hinzu kommt kaum lüften und mäßig heizen . Hygienisch stark auffällig – so etwas muß doch schon früher bemerkt werden ! ( Schimmelgutachten in Allstedt )
